Dear Patients,

I hope this letter finds you well and that you are enjoying this spring season. It has been my honor and pleasure to be your dentist these past many years. Many of you have seemed more like friends than patients, and I appreciate the time that we have spent sharing our lives. After forty three years, though, the time has come for me to begin the next chapter of my life and for the practice to do the same. One thing that makes retiring easier for me is knowing that I am leaving you in the excellent hands of the new owner of the practice, Dr. Christian Caicedo.

Dr. Caicedo joins us with an exceptional academic and clinical background from the University of Illinois College of Dentistry. He has distinguished himself not only through his clinical expertise but also through his dedication to excellence in patient care. Among his many accomplishments, he was the only student in his class to receive the Dr. Stanley Tylman Award for Exemplary Complete Oral Treatment, and one of just two students honored with the Dr. Adalbert L. Vlazny Award for Excellence in Operative Dentistry and Clinical Skills. These recognitions reflect his commitment to comprehensive care, precision, and outstanding clinical outcomes.

Following graduation, he further advanced his education in implant dentistry by completing over 300 hours of specialized training at the Chicago Implant Institute. This additional expertise allows him to better serve patients experiencing dental emergencies or those with complex dental needs. We are especially excited to offer these expanded
services within our practice, enabling patients to receive comprehensive care such as extractions, bone grafting, dental implants, and root canal therapy in one convenient location.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Dr. Caicedo is deeply committed to patient comfort, education, and personalized care. He shares our philosophy of treating every patient with compassion, integrity, and the highest professional standards.

Outside of the office, Dr. Caicedo resides in Glenview with his wife, daughter, and their dog. They are also excited to welcome a baby boy this October. In his free time, he enjoys staying active at the gym, biking around the neighborhood, and exploring new cuisines.
